how is kara going??

tell me how YOU are thinking its going in kara??
and what need to be doon to make it go better??

Damn good question.... !!!

It seems to go well, but we lack the last little thing to down the bosses. What to do? Well, I really don't know anything but to get better gear... and get better organized and tuned...

We can if we want... I'm sure of that!

What we need is for members to get up their rep and get better gear. There are a lot of new level 70s just transferred from Celtic Dragons, who haven't got the stats to do Kara. Not their fault of course, but we all need to get our rep up and quick. Also, we haven't got a raid leader who is experienced enough to take us.
But!!! the main problem is that members dont commit to turn up on Raid nights. We are always either one healer or one tank short. In time this will sort itself out as we get more members who are dedicated to turning up on arranged raids.
AND btw, why is Zews showing as Guild Master hehhehhehe. Will have to talk to proffen about that one lol.

and what I forgot to say is.....

the people who do turn up, and we do have our regulars now, they always turn up and even though we sometimes cant go because we are usually short of just that one healer or tank, - I must say, they still seem to enjoy when we go Kara and still motivated to go again. None of the regulars have left the guild yet, they are supportive and helpful; they r just great. Without them there would be no point continuing.... Ganendorf has turned out to be just ~FAB- helps sooooo much in the guild-couldnt do without him now, mctoot - he works too much, but he is fab too heheh, jefkon is reliable and a very good healer, acy was a good tank, but he respeced hmmmm - hopefully now he be a good dps(arrrrr that u respeced lol), eagle- well eagle is eagle heheh, khaeandra loves instancing and helps when he can, ketil-who knows, he works so much he just havent got the time to play hehheheheh, Rov- best dps priest ever and sooooo reliable-hes great too. And then we come to Doone - wot can i say about ~Doone - well he swears a lot lol, and i mean a lot (i heard it all night, one night during kara), f**** this and f**** that-but again, he is a good team play and helps all the guild, and he is fun to be around.
So, to answer the original question about how KARA is going. We've not done that good in Kara, BUT, we have made a guild who want to work at it and try to get it going. But most of all, I think you will all agree, we have all made new friends and now quest/instance together and have fun!!!
And btw, we WILL down Kara one day. And we gonna have a lot of fun getting there!!!!

lol cheers for that hurl, sorry i work to much but you know, cant have one without the other, i will try my best to recruit more members over the next few weeks, but im only gonna get reliable people who wont just join the guild for ten minutes and then leave, im gonna aim to recruit more adult players and they seem to be alot more reliable.

Well! what can I say....
As many others here, I too got work to tend to, not always able to join every run. But I try as best I can to help out, whenever possible.

With only 2 key fragments left... and a BM run, I´ll be ready to help out with me warrior too when needed....
